GENESEE COUNTY, MI 7th Judicial Circuit Court

Welcome to the Historic Genesee County Courthouse, celebrating its centennial anniversary in 2026. The structure is on both the national and state registers of historic sites.  
It is the fifth Courthouse erected on the Courthouse Square. 

The 7^th Judicial Circuit Court is the Court of general jurisdiction for Genesee County. The subject matter jurisdiction of the court is divided into the following general categories: Criminal, Civil, Domestic, and Juvenile.
