Legal Records
The Legal Records Division is the point of public access for civil, criminal and domestic case filings. The public engagement specialists in this division are available to receive filings, as well as to provide information and referral to other court offices.
The Legal Records Division also retains court records consistent with the standards established by the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO).
There are two managers in the Legal Records Division, one of whom works primarily in the area of systems and records management. The second manager works closely with staff who are assigned to judges and courtroom operations for both the Criminal-Civil Division and Family Division.
