Digital Audio Recording Systems
All of the hearing rooms and courtrooms located in the Genesee County Courthouse are equipped with digital audio recording systems. This technology meets the recording requirements of MCR 8.109(A) and allows the court record to be stored as a computer file.Copies of Court Proceedings

WIFI
WIFI (wireless internet access) is available throughout the courthouse including courtrooms, hearing rooms, and conference rooms. This service is free and available to the public. The wireless network is named “Genesee County Guest.”Courtroom Presentation Technology
Criminal docket courtrooms are equipped with advanced presentation systems, enabling parties to display digital video and amplified audio throughout the courtroom. Connectivity is available at both the lectern and counsel tables, with inputs supporting laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Each lectern also features a document camera for presenting physical evidence, and monitors at the witness stand and lectern include built-in annotation tools. Additionally, all courtrooms are equipped with video conferencing technology.
