Digital Copy of Court Proceedings
The inspection, reproduction and creation of Court Records is governed by Local Administrative Order 2024-04J.
The cost to obtain a digital copy of a court proceeding is $20 per day.
Attorneys of record and parties may purchase a digital copy of court proceedings, subject to an agreement for limited use.
Requests by non-parties and attorneys not of record for access to the recordings must be filed with the court in the form of a written motion pursuant to MCR 2.119.
The trial judge has the sole discretion to allow or deny access for a digital copy of the proceeding.
The court only provides copies of the courtroom proceedings in a digital format.
