Juvenile Probation

The Juvenile Probation Department of the family division provides supervision and services to youth under the age of 18 that have been petitioned to the court for a criminal offense.  The department offers a continuum of evidence-based, community-based, and diversion services to address the needs of court-involved juveniles.  

The Genesee County Juvenile Probation Department’s mission is to provide positive outcomes through positive change.  The vision is to create a process of purpose while developing individualized case plans for all youth that become involved with the court.
