Court Financial Services

This office is responsible for initiating actions to collect any unpaid court costs, state minimum costs, crime victim fees, penal fines and restitution. The financial team establishes payment plans and promissory notes on court ordered assessments, applies bond monies and issues restitution payments.

ADA office is in the Court Financial Services division as well.

Processing of payments to various vendors for Circuit, Probate, Family and the Juvenile Justice Center are all processed within this department.
